Leadership
Greenwald Associates, LLC Operates under the direct supervision of Eric Greenwald, P.E. Eric graduated from the University of Maryland, with a Bachelors of Science degree in fire protection engineering and is a registered Professional, Fire Protection Engineer, holding licenses in CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, MD, NJ, NY, PA and VA.
With over 17 years of industry experience, Eric has developed extensive knowledge in fire sprinkler, special hazard suppression, fire alarm and detection and foam system design and analysis, fire protection water supply analysis, fire pumps, fire protection and life safety code consulting, commercial property HPR loss prevention, commercial property insurance underwriting, project management, construction management, quality control oversight, owner’s representation, system acceptance analysis and consultative needs base selling.
Eric is a member of the National Fire Protection Association and the Society of Fire Protection Engineers and is active on the executive board of the SFPE New York City Metro Chapter.
Eric has held various fire protection contracting sales management, sales representative, business development, project management and fire protection engineering positions.
Eric was recognized as a top 20 under 40 Young Professional by ENR Magazine for the New York City Region in 2017.
